Shipping Policy

1. General Information We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

2. Delivery Time Frame The total time for you to receive your order is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days. (This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order).

  • Shipping Time: 2-15 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations We offer worldwide shipping. Please refer to the chart below for shipping costs to your region:

A. Mainland China

  • Carrier: SF Express (Land or Air)

  • Cost: Free Shipping on all orders.

B. Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan Region, Japan, South Korea

  • Orders over $200 USD: Free Shipping

  • Orders under $200 USD: $10 USD Flat Rate

C. Rest of the World (International)

  • Orders over $400 USD: Free Shipping

  • Orders under $400 USD: $30 USD Flat Rate

  • Method: International Priority Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT)

4. Delivery & Responsibility For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery for all packages.

  • Transfer of Risk: Responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you once the package has been signed for at the delivery address.

  • Gifts: If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by AO YES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, and the transfer of responsibility in the same way.

5. Taxes & Duties Please note that for international orders (outside of Mainland China), import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
